4. Event Bookings
Online Booking & Payment
By completing an event booking in my Online Shop you are indicating you will attend the relevant event (inc online events such as webinars), and that you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
To book a place at one of my events you must book and pay online in advance, with a credit or debit card. This payment keeps your place for you and is non-refundable.
Places on events are booked on a first-come first-served basis. It is usually essential that all delegates pre-book places at an event. Marketing Life in Fife reserves the right to refuse access to anyone who has not pre-booked a place, or who does not fit into the audience (such as competitors, tickets then will be refunded).
Group bookings are available for some events, but for other events there may be restrictions on the number of attendees that can attend from the same organisation. Full booking details can be found in the relevant event details web page.
If an event is fully subscribed, then you may be added to a waiting list for this event. In the event of a cancellation, Marketing Life in Fife may contact you to tell you that a place has become available. If an event is showing as “Fully Booked” and you would like to be placed on the waiting list, then please contact Marketing Life in Fife with your details.
The duration and location of the event will be specified in the event description for that event.
Privacy policy
By registering for an event run by Marketing Life in Fife you agree to my Privacy Policy.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation through client: All payments are not refundable in any circumstances. If you have to cancel your event, it might be possible to forward your event ticket to a friend or to someone else on the waiting list. Please contact me in that case.
Cancellation by Marketing Life in Fife: Please ensure I have your up to date email and mobile number to contact you in case of an event cancellation. In certain circumstances, your event may, regrettably, have to be cancelled. Should this happen, I will let you know as soon as possible via email or text message. If the event has to be cancelled or postponed your ticket will be fully refunded.
Intellectual property rights & Confidentiality
Marketing Life in Fife is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the events, and in the material shared in it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may take pictures of our event results, print off copies or download online resources. All of them are for private use only and should not be forwarded to third parties.
Everything discussed in our events is highly confidential, business information in particular.
Accessibility
Please be aware that all in-person events will take place at 58 Bonnygate, Cupar, KY15 4LD. As our event room is on the 1st floor, and our building is not provided with a lift, and has quite steep stairs, it is, unfortunately, not accessible with a wheelchair.
COVID-19
Please ensure you follow up to date government guidance regarding Covid-19; isolation, face coverings and physical distancing.
Please do not attend an event with COVID or cold symptoms.
